Another important point to consider as you look into the many different health products that are on the market is whether there is any risk of taking too much.

If you're using a product that is highly fortified and also making sure you are eating healthy as well, there is the risk of toxicity if you end up with too much of a certain nutrient in your body.

Some nutrients are just washed out of the bloodstream, but with others, more is not necessarily better. In rare cases it can even be toxic.

Additionally, you also need to read all of the ingredients carefully - not just the main one plastered all over the bottle - and make sure you know the effects they have on the body.

More and more people read "natural" and automatically think that means a product is safe to be using.

This is not always the case. In some instances, natural products, depending on any other health concerns or medications you are using, can be just as harmful as the non-natural ones, if you don't do your background research.
