Since you would still have the same calorie balance at the end of the week, you would see the same rate of progress.

You don't necessarily have to fast to put this tip into practice, but using a much lower calorie diet one day per week can help you maintain your weight better. This would be the safer and smarter approach than going a full 24 hours without eating a bite.

The third thing more and more celebs are doing is shunning supplements. While the general population tends to flock to whatever latest and greatest fat-burning product is on the market, most celebs don't get caught up in the hype.
